It was a nice stormy day and Shadow was lounging on the couch with Mordecai as they watched a movie. It was nice to spend time with the blue-haired male, and even better when they had a couple days off together. As the movie finished,, the half-demon snuggled up to his partner and kissed him on the cheek. "So, what do you wanna do now, hun?"
♤This couldn’t get any more perfect. A stormy night filled with cuddles and movies?? Was there anything better??
Mordecai kept Shadow close to his side as the movie finished, making sure the blanket was securely around them both to keep the chilly air away. The movie finally ended, a kiss was landed on his cheek, and he turned to his lover with a smile. “Well, that depends. We can watch another movie, just cuddle till we sleep, or go to bed.” He suggested, thinking that cuddling in their warm bed did sound rather tempting.
“Ooo or we can take a hot bath together~ Which sounds good, Shadow?”
The movie had been great, one of his favorites. And the fact that he’d gotten to watch it with his lover just made it even better. Hearing the suggestions the other gave him, Shadow let out a soft hum as he considered his options.
“Well, a hot bath with you sounds nice~ So how about this? We go take that hot bath, then get in bed and cuddle? How does that sound, babe~?” Shadow asked, nuzzling his lover’s neck with a chuckle before he kissed Mordecai’s cheek again.

Update
//I keep saying I’m going to revamp this blog, but the past year has been… well you know. In addition to what’s going on in the world, my mom and I are in the process of searching for a place to live. I’d love to be more active and get the blog revamp done, but it’ll take time. I’ll be here as much as I can.

❦~ Mari’s eyes went wide when he was suddenly hugged, but quickly he realized who had been the hugger and his arms wrapped tightly around Shadows midsection.
“Shadow! I’ve missed you so much. How have you been? I’m sorry for being gone so long.” The incubus purred, nuzzling into the other.
❦~ Mari smiled, glad to hear Shadow had been doing well since he was gone.
“Some big commissions hm? Do tell me more.” He purred, taking the others hand in his and leading him towards the door to where his penthouse was. “I basically just ended up doing modeling, some extra gigs on the side, and visiting my sister.”
Shadow beamed as he took the Mari’s hand, bringing it to his lips and kissing the back of it. He followed the incubus into the penthouse and pulled him close.
“Well, the comission was for three rapiers,” the half-demon began as he sat on the couch and pulled Mari onto his lap. “Basically, they’re long, thin swords. Lighter than a typical sword, and more for thrusting than slashing. Client wanted them to be pretty dull since they were just for decoration.” He grinned as he discussed the job, honey colored eyes bright with happiness. “Paid me a big tip after, since I was finished two days ahead of schedule.”

Mari smiled, though a bit apologetic still.
“How have you been doing? Keeping yourself busy while I was away?” He asked, slowly setting the other down. He wanted to nuzzle him more, but figured talking and catching up as a little more important.
“We should have some coffee and sit down while we chat. How does that sound?”
“I’ve been alright, trust me. I actually completed a couple of big comissions while you were away.” Shadow replied as he looked into the incubus’s eyes. He smiled sweetly and kissed Mari on the cheek.
“Coffee sounds lovely. Drinking coffee and talking to you? That sounds even better!”

The rain was pouring like mad outside, bringing the temperature down to around forty degrees. Perfect weather for just staying inside. Grinning, Shadow walked up to Mordecai, carrying a big blue and black blanket. "Alright, babe. What do you say you and me get on the couch and snuggle for a while?" He asked with a giggle. The blanket was easily big enough for the pair to comfortably cuddle under.
♤Who didn’t love cold, rainy weather?
Mordecai loved just sitting by a window and watching the rain. But he also really loved cuddling up and watching movies. Silly or good ones. He perked up as Shadow walked to him with a blanket, already knowing what the other was gonna ask before he even asked.
“I would say I thought you’d never ask~” He grinned, moving over to the couch and plopping down before opening his arms. “I’m waiting, Shadow~”
♤Mordecai beamed as Shadow moved to sit on his lap, immediately wrapping his arms around the other a bear hug. With his boyfriend in his arms and a blanket around them, the cold was long forgotten as they cuddled together. “I guess you can say I’m a naturally hot person~” The cerulean male grinned, rubbing Shadow’s back now, making sure they were nicely tucked into the blanket. “Comfortable?”
Shadow leaned back against Mordecai wrapped him in a tight bear hug, a hum rising from his chest. He chuckled and shook his head at the other’s joke. “You are so corny! But hey… That’s one thing I love about you~” The raven-haired male replied with a smirk as his boyfriend tucked them into the blanket. He laid back so his head was next to Mordecai’s and smiled. “Now I am~!”

Well that and you’re cute as hell~”
